• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealer. Results are never predetermined.
• Each game's RTP (Return to Player) rate is set by the game provider and independently audited.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, kx99 will review the outcome of that round before making a final decision.
• If an event is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

• Attempting to breach the Platform's security systems or engage in hacking.
• Using or attempting to steal another user's account credentials.
• Filing false chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes.

If kx99 detects suspicious activity, an investigation will be launched and the relevant authorities may be notified if necessary.

• At the user's own request.
